03 / BUILD THE MISSING COST BRIDGE

Get a quote you can actually compare.

01

Define the same home

Use the same location, floor area, plans, performance requirements and finish level. Record which drawings and engineering each price follows.

02

Resolve the wall package

Identify printed material, reinforcement, lintels, insulation, testing, penetrations, finishes and connection details. Assign a cost owner to every inclusion and exclusion.

03

Price the printing operation

Record transport, setup, site access, power, water, mixing, crew, consumables, equipment support and weather allowances. Separate one-time project charges from per-home costs.

04

Close the remaining build scope

Include land and site work where relevant, foundations, roof, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior work, permits and inspections. Avoid counting an included component twice.

05

Use the full calendar

Keep machine hours, site working days, elapsed construction duration and occupancy milestones distinct. Price holding costs across the duration you actually enter.

06

Verify delivery in this location

Request project-specific engineering, approval status, material availability, crew availability, service support and warranty terms. A completed project elsewhere does not settle these questions.

Coverage, source dates and independence

This is a curated edition reviewed 2026-09-07. Company selection is not comprehensive. Source pages can change; availability, pricing and system versions require reconfirmation with the provider. Announced equipment and delivery dates are distinct from the technology used on completed projects.

Companies are compared through their own public descriptions and project reports. A claimed saving is not treated as an audited result. No commercial relationship, certification, procurement recommendation or local permit determination is implied. Different materials, wall details and support models cannot be made equivalent by converting the unit price alone.

The calculator uses visitor-entered assumptions and does not import these prices into a finished-home estimate. This edition does not automatically refresh supplier offers. Corrections and new comparable evidence can inform a later reviewed edition.
