04 / MAKE THE MISSING SCOPE VISIBLE

The rest of the build still needs pricing

  • Land, survey, engineering, permits and utility connections
  • Site preparation, excavation, footings, reinforcement, vapor barrier and slab labor
  • Complete framing, headers, trusses, structural connectors and roof decking
  • Weather barriers, siding, windows, exterior doors, flashing and roof accessories
  • Ceiling insulation, drywall, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
  • Cabinets, flooring, paint, fixtures, appliances and interior finish work
  • Tax, delivery, equipment, all installation labor, overhead, finance and selling costs
Read the source and quantity method

A small manual review of public retailer and supplier web listings. Review date is when StackX read the source; it is not a store-verified quote date. No automated price refresh or prior comparable edition is available.

USD, listed single-unit material price. Tax, delivery, installation and project-specific discounts are excluded from calculations. Alternatives are separate products with different system requirements; their panel prices alone do not establish whole-system savings.

Material area is divided by published sheet, roll or bundle coverage and rounded up to whole units. Slab order volume is rounded upward to 0.001 cubic yard; actual supplier minimums and order increments still need confirmation. Displayed decimal areas are rounded only for readability.

Changing a field creates a private assumption. Public prices are a small convenience sample, not an average, paid transaction dataset or community quote network. No market forecast or historical price change is calculated from this first edition.

Your project inputs stay in this browser unless you explicitly export or share them. Public source requests do not include your budgets.
