PLAN WITH STACKX / HOW IT WORKS
From the land you choose to the home you imagine.
Bring land, a home idea, or an open question. Build a clearer picture of the project, then agree the support needed to take it forward.
THREE WAYS TO BEGIN
Start where you are.
I own land.
Start with your parcel and the home you want to put on it. Gather the questions that need answering before design and pricing.
Start with my landI need land.
Share the location, space and home you have in mind. Ask Stackx about the research needed for your land search.
Describe my land searchI’m exploring.
Describe how you want to live and explore the available construction research. You can leave the parcel and method undecided.
Start with my ideaTHE PROJECT PATH
Know what each step produces.
Research tools and project inquiries are available now. Construction delivery is reviewed for the actual location and scope.
Start online
Describe the home you want.
Tell us where you want to live and what matters: rooms, usable space, finishes, budget and timing. Keep undecided items open.
Shape your home brief ↗What you work toward
A shared home brief you can return to and refine.
Who is involved
You set the priorities. The project workspace keeps your answers together.
Start online
Understand the land.
Bring a parcel or describe the land you need. Gather property records and questions about access, permitted use, utilities and site conditions.
Explore land research ↗What you work toward
A parcel notebook with sources, recorded findings and open questions.
Who is involved
Use available records first. The relevant authority or professional confirms matters beyond those records.
Start online
Compare the ways to build.
Explore framing, masonry, printing, ICF, removable forms, panels, modular and hybrid systems against the same home brief.
Compare construction methods ↗What you work toward
Method scenarios with full project scope, price evidence and timing assumptions.
Who is involved
You choose what to explore. Local designers and providers must confirm adaptations, pricing and delivery.
Project review
Agree the next scope.
Send your project summary to Stackx. Discuss the site questions, home goals, location and support you need before deciding on further work.
Request a project review ↗What you work toward
An agreed next step if the project is a fit, with responsibilities, deliverables and any fees confirmed.
Who is involved
Stackx reviews the inquiry. You approve any proposed engagement before work begins.
After an agreed engagement
Prepare for construction.
Before construction, the project needs the appropriate site investigations, design, approvals, supplier scopes and a construction agreement. These determine the actual route and schedule.
What you work toward
Agreed documents, a complete scope and defined construction milestones.
Who is involved
The named designers, builder, suppliers and approving authorities carry out their assigned roles.
After an agreed engagement
Build, hand over and settle in.
Construction, inspections, completion documents and handover follow the agreed project scope. Aftercare and warranty responsibilities belong in that agreement.
What you work toward
A documented handover and a clear contact for the agreed aftercare.
Who is involved
The contracted delivery team manages its work and completion obligations. You review the handover.
Before choosing land
A saved parcel report brings evidence together. Confirm the questions that affect your intended home before making a purchase commitment. The purchase itself has its own seller, terms and transaction team.
Open land researchBefore agreeing to build
Confirm the service location, the contracting parties, applicable qualifications, design responsibilities, included work, schedule and fees. Project inquiries and comparison scenarios do not reserve a construction slot.
Check coverage & availabilityYOUR NEXT STEP
Bring us the idea you have today.
A location, a piece of land, or a home you have in mind is enough to start the conversation. Share your goals and questions for a Stackx project review.
Submitting an inquiry requires no payment. Availability, responsibilities, deliverables and any fees are confirmed before an engagement.
