7. Project Storage, Research and Tracking
Browser projects, market shortlists and planning notebooks are stored in this browser profile. Anyone using the same profile may be able to see them. Clearing browser data removes these local records; export any work you want to keep. Opening a project or editing a browser record does not by itself submit a project inquiry.
Account revisions and exports
If you sign in and choose “Save private account revision,” a copy of your selected project is sent to Base44 storage for your account. It can include the home brief, parcel evidence, attached concept, cost scenarios and revision history. Account revisions are restricted to their owner and remain separate from browser records and review requests. Exporting creates a file on your device; sharing that file is your choice.
Project reviews and general inquiries
When you submit a project review with consent, Stackx receives your contact details, message and selected project summary, including land-search preferences, the selected parcel’s evidence and source links/lookup statuses, plan reference, attached concept quantities, design-review notes, saved concept assumptions and remaining requests, and comparison information described in the form. This includes displayed cost-scope amounts, notes and source references, land and funding assumptions, and provider scope, location and delivery conditions. Full imported material or quote-line copies are retained in the browser project and account revisions when saved; those full source copies are excluded from the review summary. Other parcels, saved studio geometry and revision history are excluded from that review summary. Project review records are available to app administrators, who can record internal notes, a responsible reviewer, a next action and a follow-up date. The submitted project snapshot is retained separately from later edits to your browser project. This browser also saves the pending summary, a fingerprint for retry matching, and your most recent receipt and submitted summary; contact form fields are not saved in that receipt. Anyone using the same browser profile may see these local summaries. Clearing browser data removes the local receipt but does not withdraw the server-side inquiry. Downloaded readable reports exclude the contact fields and internal review notes, but your project text and source links may contain personal information. Review any export before sharing it. A general inquiry sends the fields entered in that form. Neither submission subscribes you to marketing emails.
Research lookups and AI requests
Running an address or parcel lookup sends the address, parcel identifier or coordinates needed for that request through the app’s research service to the relevant public data sources, including Census, county records and FEMA where used. Using the optional AI organizer in Start Your Project sends only your written description to the AI service; separate project fields, parcel records and comparisons are excluded. You review suggested details before applying them. Requesting home concept generation sends the brief and the relevant current or proposed room information to the AI service. Passing a brief to the studio alone does not run AI. Review the information shown before making a generation request.
Analytics and cookies
We record basic interactions, such as saving a market or exporting a comparison, through Base44 analytics to understand which tools are useful. These custom events do not include contact form entries or calculator inputs. We may also use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and analyze traffic. You can control browser storage and cookies through your browser settings.
