Know the coverage behind a result.
US address matching
Search an address and confirm the match returned by the Census service. Vacant or rural parcels may need a property identifier or manual research.
Travis & Williamson, Texas
Retrieve available county parcel identifiers, mapped boundaries and acreage. These records describe land; they do not establish sale availability or permission for your proposed home.
Other counties
Create a sourced parcel notebook and record findings from the relevant local records. Automatic parcel retrieval covers Travis and Williamson counties. Shelby and Baldwin counties in Alabama have sourced research guides and manual notebooks.
When a source is unavailable
The report keeps available findings and shows the result of each source request. FEMA flood screening is attempted when a parcel boundary or address point is available. Incomplete, empty or unavailable results remain open questions. Follow the manual FEMA review steps to record the panel reference, effective date, source and remaining questions.
A missing result stays an open question. Site, utility and permit checks can require additional documents or direct confirmation.
