PLAN WITH STACKX / BUYER QUESTIONS

A clearer start to your home project.

What you can bring, what the tools can answer, and what happens as an idea becomes a project.

Can I start without owning land?

Yes. Start with your preferred location and home goals. You can keep the land choice open and request a conversation about the research needed for your search.

Discuss a land search ↗
Can I bring land I already own?

Yes. Use an address or parcel identifier to begin, then add source records and questions about access, utilities, permitted use and site conditions. Ownership alone does not answer those project questions.

Research my parcel ↗
Can I bring an existing house plan?

You can save a plan reference link with your home brief and attach a concept from the studio. The site does not currently interpret uploaded plan documents. Any existing plan needs permission for its intended use and review for the site and construction method.

Open the home brief ↗
Do I have to choose 3D printing?

You can explore traditional framing, masonry, printed concrete, ICF, removable concrete forms, prefabricated panels, modular and hybrid construction. Removable forms and factory-built panels are separate methods. Actual delivery options depend on the project and local providers.

Does the AI designer create plans ready for a permit?

The studio creates single-storey room concepts for review and refinement. Structural engineering, site fit, detailed assemblies and permit documents require additional professional work. Review a proposal before applying it; requesting AI generation uses the available AI allowance.

Understand the design workflow ↗
Does a parcel report mean I can build there?

The report shows recorded findings, sources and open questions. It does not establish a parcel’s sale status, title, utility capacity or permission for your specific home. Those items need the relevant documents and confirmations.

Explore parcel evidence ↗
Can I see the full project cost and move-in timing?

Costs & Timing lets you compare land, design, sitework, utilities, construction, other project costs and the phases through occupancy. The result depends on the scope and evidence entered. Missing prices or durations remain visible, and local quotes and approvals are needed before committing.

Review whole-project scope ↗
What does an initial project inquiry cost?

No payment is required to submit an inquiry or express interest. The inquiry records your goals and questions for review. Any further service, fee, deliverable or construction commitment must be agreed separately.

Request a project review ↗
What happens after I submit my project?

When submission succeeds, you receive an on-screen reference. Stackx receives your selected project summary and contact details for review. A next conversation can clarify location, goals, open site questions and the support you need. Response timing and any further engagement are confirmed separately.

Where can Stackx build?

Texas and Alabama are markets under evaluation. Active counties and construction delivery have not been confirmed. You can share a location for review; research coverage is listed separately from construction availability.

See service areas & research coverage ↗
What is saved or shared when I use the site?

Browser projects stay in this browser profile unless you choose an account save, export or review submission. Research lookups and AI requests send the information needed for those actions to their services. A review form explains which project information goes to Stackx.

Read the privacy details ↗
Are the research and developer tools still available?

Yes. The research library, official sources, Build Lab and developer/investor workbench remain available from the site. They support deeper investigation alongside the homebuyer journey.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring us the idea you have today.

A location, a piece of land, or a home you have in mind is enough to start the conversation. Share your goals and questions for a Stackx project review.

Submitting an inquiry requires no payment. Availability, responsibilities, deliverables and any fees are confirmed before an engagement.
