BUILD LAB / WHOLE-HOME SCOPE

Compare the whole home.

Put construction systems on the same footing. Match the scope before comparing the price.

One brief. Two approaches.

Start with comparable installed quotes. Blank means unknown; enter zero only for an item that is included elsewhere or does not apply. Land, selling costs and taxes on profit are outside this per-home comparison.

An honest comparison

A wall system is one part of a finished home. Include the foundation, roof, services, finishes and deployment costs on both sides.

What to verify for each system
  • Framing: labor, sheathing, insulation and weather enclosure.
  • Panels: factory scope, transport, crane access and on-site connections.
  • Modular: foundations, delivery envelope, set crew and site finish work.
  • Printed walls: reinforcement, roof, openings, services and approvals.

Have your designer and local authority verify system suitability. An entered duration is a scenario, not a completion forecast.
